Returns
Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Used, opened, or damaged products are not eligible for return unless received in a damaged condition.
Certain hygiene and personal care products may not be returnable once opened.

Refunds

Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the product.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
